Responsibilities:
- Set and manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and achieve organizational goals
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans and strategies across all social media platforms especially LinkedIn
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEM strategies to increase website traffic, enhance brand visibility, and drive conversions
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to optimize SEM campaigns across search engines such as Google Ads
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data insights, and continually optimize SEM initiatives to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEM efforts with broader marketing objectives and initiatives
- Work with key departments to define target markets, audiences and further details.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEM to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective
- Optimize website content, including landing pages and blog posts, for search engines
- Develop and implement link building strategies to improve website authority
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance using tools such as Google Analytics
- Advise creative best practices for better reach across all platforms
- Generate detailed reports on the performance of digital marketing efforts, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives
- Boost campaigns and relevant posts to enhance reach, engagement, and conversion rates
- Implement lead generation strategies to drive qualified traffic and increase conversion rates
- Maintain and update a portfolio of successful digital marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Provide regular updates and communicate progress to the Marketing Manager and other relevant stakeholders
Skills
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Proven experience as an SEO/SEM Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of SEO and SEM techniques and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in setting and managing digital marketing budgets across all platforms
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize performance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
