Export Sales Regional Manager

  • Development of the current MIDO’s markets vertically and horizontally.
  • Prepares the budget for the region in coordination with the Director of Marketing and Communications, and ensures compliance with the approved budget.
  • Contributes to setting the general framework for the annual export plans in the region according to the expected volume of exports, the targeted sales volume and in light of the needs of customers and the conditions of foreign markets.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential target markets and evaluate their potential for company products or services.
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, distributors, and partners in foreign markets. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company's products or services and generate lead
  • Ensures the coordination of export plans with the production sector, warehouse management, shipping department and customs by supervising the regional sales officials to ensure that the product is provided according to the specified plan.
  • Cooperating with shipping lines and shipping agents and handling the shipping process.
  • Ensures compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract concluded with the company's agents in the region and follows up the settlement of the company's dues in coordination with the financial affairs sector.
  • Follows up on the implementation of the marketing plans in the region by supervising the marketing specialist to ensure the achievement of the desired export goals.
  • Reviews market studies on an ongoing basis, and identifies initiatives and opportunities available to penetrate new markets and expand product distribution to develop the company's business in the region.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any an equivalent discipline.MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification from a business school.8-12 years relevant experience, 5 of them in managerial positions.Excellent strategic thinking, business development skills.Technology oriented mindset with hands on management via ERP systems (SAP is a plusAbility to open markets for exportFluent command of English language.
