Job Title: Business Development Manager – AI Solutions for Legal Industry
Location: Dekwaneh, Lebanon

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive the adoption of our AI tools within law firms and corporate legal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the legal sector, targeting law firms and corporate legal departments that can benefit from AI-driven solutions.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their unique challenges and demonstrating how our AI tool can address their needs.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives, focusing on client acquisition and retention.
• Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective go-to-market strategies.
• Proposal Development: Craft compelling proposals and presentations that highlight the value proposition of our AI solution to prospective clients.
• Industry Insight & Market Analysis: Stay informed about emerging trends in AI and the legal industry, using insights to inform business development strategies.
• Networking & Brand Presence: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand recognition and credibility.
• Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Outdoor Meetings: Conduct in-person meetings with potential and existing clients to foster relationships and understand their needs firsthand

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development or sales, preferably within the legal tech or AI sectors.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing/ Digital Marketing, Law, or a related field.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of legal industry operations and the potential applications of AI within legal workflows.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth.
• Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value deals.
