Responsibilities
• Utilize your expertise in recruitment to source, interview, and place candidates for various positions within the Swiss market.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing both traditional and innovative methods.
• Act as a strategic partner to the sales managers, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients and candidates.
Qualifications
• French language at business proficiency is MANDATORY (C1 level minimum)
• Good English level
• Proven experience as a Recruiter ideally specializing in the international market
• Hard-working, self-motivated, and self-starting
• Have the confidence to operate outside your comfort zone.
• Competitive, with a goal-orientated mindset
