We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our engineering team in Tunisia.

We have built the first-world platform that uses AI to analyse and learn from historical project data and provide predictability and assurance to drive better outcome throughout the project lifecycle.

Our HQ is based in Dublin, Ireland and we are expanding our global presence by opening a new office in Tunisia. We work with top government and private sector organisations globally who deal with very large infrastructure projects.

About the Role

You will have a unique opportunity to solve meaningful problems using AI and make a significant impact on the world. You will be immersed in client-facing and internal projects and will contribute to various tasks, including:

• Build and own machine learning models from development through testing and deployment.
• Develop tools to extract and normalise data from enterprise software.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new features on our platform.
• Create client presentations to present key findings to client teams.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience as a Data Scientist or AI engineer, leading the use of AI/Machine learning in production systems at scale.
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, LLMs, Probability Theory, and Causal Inference.
• Proficiency with Python programming and related data science modules (Numpy, Pandas, etc.) and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow).
• Familiarity with version-control systems (Git or similar), testing and code review processes.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless application deployment.
• Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Ability to independently solve problems and research solutions.
• Creativity, attention to details, and motivation to tackle complex analytical problems.

Nice-to-haves: 

• Experience with Graph Neural Networks and complex network data mining.
• Proficiency in SQL.

Location. This position is based in our new office in Tunisia.
