Job Description
- Write and revise instruction guides for the assembly or manufacture of aeronautical components.
- Interpret, verify and approve engineering plans and documents.
- D Develop assembly and manufacturing strategies, as well as the necessary tools, taking into account geometric tolerances.
- Collaborating closely with the Engineering, Logistics, Quality and Production teams to harmonize changes and resolve production issues.
- Participate in process optimization and technology monitoring.
- Update the Methods documentation, analyze the needs via SAP and propose areas for improvement.
- To guarantee the ergonomics, safety and efficiency of work methods.

- Develop assembly and manufacturing strategies, along with necessary tooling, while taking geometric tolerances into account.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Logistics, Quality, and Production teams to align changes and resolve production issues.
- Contribute to process optimization and technological watch activities.
- Update Methods documentation, analyze requirements using SAP, and propose improvement opportunities.
- Ensure ergonomics, safety, and efficiency in work methods.
Desired Candidate Profile
- College or university degree in mechanical engineering, avionics, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, electromechanical engineering, aerospace manufacturing or related field.
- Experience of at least 4 years in the aeronautical sector.
- Ability to read technical plans and visualize in 3D.
- Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office, Catia, AutoCad, Enovia, SAP).
- Team spirit, perseverance, good judgment and analytical skills.
- Bilingualism French/English (intermediate level required).
- Experience in an industrial or aeronautical environment is an asset.
