About the role
Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of wine spirits and mixed drinks as well as information regarding preparation methods.
What you will do
Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards.
Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the lounge server using the hotel’s point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest’s original order.
Service and take orders from guests seated at the bar area offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain a working knowledge of liquors, wines, beets, ports, armagnacs, eau de vies, cognacs and specialty drinks.
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary items.
Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
What you bring
High school education or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum two years bartending or related work.
Skills and Abilities: Ability to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety, of wines, spirits, and missed drinks.
Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.

خدمة احتياجات الضيوف من خلال تقديم معرفة استثنائية بالنبيذ والمشروبات الروحية والكوكتيلات بالإضافة إلى معلومات حول طرق التحضير.
ما ستفعله
إعداد وتقديم مجموعة من النبيذ والمشروبات الروحية والكوكتيلات من القائمة مع ضمان التسميد والخلط والدمج بشكل صحيح وفق الوصفات المعتمدة والمعايير القياسية لفور سيزونز.
تأكيد طلبات الضيوف بما في ذلك أي احتياجات خاصة أو طلبات من خادم الصالة باستخدام نظام نقاط البيع في الفندق؛ مراجعة الطلبات المكتملة مع طلب الضيف الأصلي.
خدمة وأخذ الطلبات من الضيوف الجالسين في منطقة البار مع تقديم أوصاف مثيرة وواضحة لكل item من حيث الأصل والطعم وطرق التحضير؛ الحفاظ على معرفة عملية بالمشروبات الروحية، والنبيذ، والتفاح، والبرت، والرم، وEaux-de-vie، والكونياك والكوكتيلات المتخصصة.
توقع احتياجات الضيوف، التأكد من الرضا، وتقديم الاقتراحات، والاستجابة بشكل عاجل ومناسب لاهتمامات وضغوط الضيوف.

القدرة على معالجة المعاملات النقدية وبطاقات الائتمان بدقة.
