Sr. Project Management Specialist

Company: Vista Vista is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for tracking project work, motivating team to hit project milestones and goals, and report out on project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Understand resource constraints on project goals and feedback to stakeholders and team leads on implications. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality results. Monitor and track project progress, including milestones and tasks. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues; develop and execute contingency plans as needed. Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and achievements. Communicate priorities, timelines and requirements to stakeholders and functional team members Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement. Facilitate daily and weekly ceremonies to keep project on time and progressing and highlight any blockers to completion.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully managing projects of multiple functional teams Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management software, such as JIRA Plus: Familiarity with reporting software, such as Looker Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
