Reporting directly to the Business Excellence Manager, the Process Senior Expert is responsible for providing specialised expertise in process improvement methodologies, facilitating continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting the achievement of organisational objectives.
This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process excellence, a deep understanding of process improvement methodologies, and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Key Responsibilities:
Process Improvement Methodologies:
- Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in process improvement methodologies, including Six Sigma, Lean, BPM, and other relevant frameworks.
- Methodology Application: Apply advanced tools and techniques to identify, analyse, and improve business processes across the organisation.
Process Analysis and Optimisation:
- Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Optimisation: Develop and implement strategies to optimise processes, streamline workflows, and enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Documentation: Document Business Process changes, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure knowledge transfer to relevant stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
- Initiative Leadership: Lead and support cross-functional teams in the execution of Business process improvement projects and initiatives.
- Change Management: Facilitate change management activities to ensure successful implementation of process changes and adoption by stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor Business process performance and track improvement progress.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborative Approach: Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to understand process requirements, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and integration of process improvement initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure buy-in for process improvement efforts.
Innovation and Best Practices:
Innovative Solutions: Identify and recommend innovative solutions, tools, and technologies to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness
Who You Are?
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Process Improvement, Quality Management, Operational Excellence, or a related field.
- Demonstrated Experience in applying process improvement methodologies to drive measurable results.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading end-to-end process transformation projects, encompassing process redesign, reengineering, and optimisation across multiple functional areas.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
Certifications :
- Required: ITIL / PSM
- Desired: Change Management / Project Management / Risk Management.
