This job will be based in Qatar.
- Estimate and monitor project costs throughout all stages
- Analyze plans and prepare quantity takeoffs (material lists)
- Draft budgets and cost forecasts
- Prepare tender documents and contracts
- Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
- Manage project budgets and ensure adherence
- Track changes in design or construction and update budgets accordingly
- Identify and mitigate potential cost risks
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders
- Ensure projects meet legal and quality standards
- May assist in resolving contractual disputes
