Senior Sales Consultant

As a Sales Consultant you are responsible for selling personalized courses to prospective students as well as the nurturing and follow-up of your current students.

Your main aim is to meet the monthly sales projection targets, by booking and holding sales appointments and signing the expected number of contracts. The key to this role is balancing your drive to produce exceptional sales results with your ability to provide personalized and thoughtful levels of service to manage each student’s expectations. You will need to manage your time to follow up with your prospects and old contacts, book consultations, and resolve no-show or cancelled appointments. You’ll hold after-sales sessions for general renewals and referrals, manage issues, and process contracts. Your job will require excellent presentation skills both face-to-face as well as a confident telephone and videoconferencing manner.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Includes the Following

- Meet monthly sales targets

- Ensure all KPIs are met that concern sales, student support and care.

- Manage your diary ensuring that all necessary calls and appointments are carried out on time.

- Update the sales CRM in an accurate and reliable manner to ensure good contact management.

- Attend meetings with sales and service teams.

- Act as a liaison between students and the service team.

- Deal with any issues or problems that may arise to students’ satisfaction.

- Keep abreast of all new products or changes related to the courses.

- Attend any training sessions assigned to you as part of your learning and development.

Key Tasks Include

- Manage leads as per expected KPIs.

- Book the correct number of first appointments to ensure expected contracts closing ratio.

- Book second appointments as necessary to complete sales cycle.

- Book renewal appointments.

- Hold regular reviews with current students assuring they are satisfied with their course.

- Meet your students (Welcome Session, first Encounter, etc.) in accordance with standard operating procedure.

- Correctly process contracts on time.

- Compile statistics and make accurate sales forecasts.

- Participate in marketing activities for your center, including trade fairs, prospecting, and promotion stands.


Technical Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

- Good level of English

- Knowledge of MS office

- Service-orientated

- From 3 to 5 years of experience in sales


Nice to Have

- University degree

- Understanding of core sales principles: sales pipeline, forecasts, planning, and techniques

- Professional sales qualification, or degree in business/marketing

- Good level of English
