Mission
- Deployment of local station configuration with the respect of standards
- Implement IT standards with the IT Center
- First analysis of IT incidents & coordination with to IT Center & solving L1 / L2 issues and incidents
- Cooperate with the Outsourcer of the helpdesk
- Ensure the backup of the VDF administrator (Barflow, eWS, MES, eBTT)
Responsibilities
- Deploy new infrastructure and network devices, maintain IT devices, ensure the compliance with Valeo Group standards.
- Maintain the inventory of computer equipment and manage the Altiris assets database
- Manage Standard software installation & updates.
- Maintain KPIs at the level of the requested standards.
- Monitor the backup operations with the Netbackup server and follow LTO tape disposal/change
- Support users for VDF applications (installation of PCs at production line level, networking and troubleshooting of VDF applications)
- Ensures the backup of the VDF administrator on the applications (Barflow, eBTT, MES, eWS ...)
- Participate with the security officer in the actions requested by the cybersecurity audit.
- Assist users to use smart office tools and track requests for improvement and implementation of new applications and standards
- Manage the printer incidents with the supplier
- Ensure the backup of all servers and manage DRP procedures
