Overview of Role:


We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Project Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist to support the planning, execution, and management of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will ensure that projects run smoothly, meet deadlines, and achieve performance goals. The ideal candidate has strong project coordination skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks across various digital platforms.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Project Coordination: Support the planning and execution of digital marketing projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

Campaign Management: Assist in launching and optimizing digital campaigns across channels, including email, social media, search, and display ads, coordinating tasks between teams.


  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (content, design, development) to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaign assets.
  • Marketing Automation: Collaborate with Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist to implement workflows, email sequences, and lead nurturing through marketing automation tools.
  • Project Tracking & Reporting: Work with Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist to monitor project progress, track performance metrics, and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for management.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement in project workflows and implement solutions for better efficiency and communication.
  • Content & Asset Coordination: Coordinate the development and deployment of content assets, such as web pages and email templates, ensuring all deliverables are on brand and optimized for performance.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Work with the Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist to identify opportunities for improving conversion paths and user experience on digital channels.

Requirements & Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on project coordination and management.
  • Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken. You will be working with teams through North America, Europe, India and Tunisia. 
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Wrike.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns, including email, social and PPC.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate issues before they arise.
  • Willingness to stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, best practices, and project management methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Additional Skills or Experience Desired, but Not Required:


  • Experience working with IT teams on highly technical or website-based projects.
  • Understanding of content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress and basic HTML/CSS knowledge for website updates.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and the ability to track, report, and provide insights on campaign performance.
