Our mission is to enable creators to easily sell their work on a platform dedicated to art and personalized design.
The designer has the opportunity to create designs on topics that interest their community and set product prices according to their preferences.
Once a customer orders a piece of work, we take care of everything: from the production of the product, whether it’s paintings, T-shirts, or other mediums, to the final delivery to the customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the After-Sales team in responding to customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and returns via email, phone, and chat.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or product issues with a focus on ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with different departments (sales, logistics, and marketing) to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Monitor and track customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
- Support the customer retention strategy by proposing solutions and helping with after-sale engagement initiatives.
