IT Support Technician

As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for technical issues, providing quick and effective assistance with computer, mobile, and AV systems. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting, user support, hardware and software maintenance, ticket tracking, and assisting with upgrades and installations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the ticketing platform and respond to support requests.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
  • Configure and manage IT equipment and prepare gear for new hires.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and maintain IT systems inventory.
  • Propose solutions for complex issues and improve IT support processes.
  • Resolve problems independently and escalate complex issues.
  • Ensure IT service quality meets performance indicators.


Education, Experience And Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in a technical support role.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in both French and English (B2 level).
  • Skills should include Microsoft Exchange, Windows laptop, mobile, and printer troubleshooting.
  • Ticketing software experience.
  • Familiarity with computer networks and security products (firewalls, VPN, virus scanning) preferred.
  • The ability to clearly and efficiently communicate with both non-technical and technically adept personnel.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
