They are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist who is strategic, data-driven, and proficient with HubSpot. The ideal candidate should excel in analyzing performance data, developing and optimizing campaigns, and executing marketing strategies across various channels including email, social media, and content.
Location:
Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including email, social media, and web.
HubSpot Expertise: Use HubSpot for managing and automating email workflows, and lead nurturing campaigns.
Performance Analytics: Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and drive improvements.
Insights & Optimization: Leverage HubSpot’s reporting tools to extract actionable insights and refine marketing strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers to create visually engaging campaigns that align with brand messaging and target audience preferences.
What Success Looks Like:
Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Improved conversion rates from lead nurturing campaigns via email and SMS.
Data-Driven Optimization: Effective use of HubSpot and other analytics tools to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
Initiative & Growth: A proactive approach to learning and applying new industry trends and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, with a minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
Strategic Focus: Proven ability to translate business goals into effective marketing strategies.
Adaptability: Experience working in fast-paced environments, preferably startups, with a strong ability to adapt and execute quickly.
HubSpot Proficiency: Expertise in HubSpot for campaign management, lead nurturing, automation, and performance tracking.
