The Role
The Creative Project Manager works with the Vista EU creative team to help us bring out the best in small businesses everywhere! The Creative PM partners with a global creative team of designers, copywriters, photographers and production artists along with Go-to-Market to execute multi-channel creative campaigns.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with cross-functional, performance marketing teams to move forward the creative concepting process and creative execution for multi-channel Global and EU campaigns/initiatives;
Build a strong trust-based relationship with all relevant stakeholders, understanding their needs and planning and proactively flagging risks;
Define and maintain project scope and schedule, in collaboration with the Creative Resource Manager and the relevant channel stakeholders;
Handle communications and project progression on a regular basis with photography and retouching teams, email planners, website project management, EUmarketing leads, global comms team, MX site strategists, designers, writers, creative directors, art directors, copy managers, localization team, production teams, email operations, channel stakeholders;
Organize and facilitate team Global & EU multi-channel ceremonies (kick-off meetings, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.). Help keep teams on track and ensure required meetings are focused and productive;
Evaluate multi-channel Global & EU project requests to ensure completeness of required information. Hold channel-specific marketing partners and GTM leads accountable to provide all information required to move projects forward;
Maintain an excellent understanding of the promotional calendar and planned marketing programs. Ensure all cross-channel stakeholders are aligned on supporting global cross-channel campaign launches, product launches, etc;
Ensure appropriate prioritization of all cross-channel creative work is taking place, that the team is focused on the highest priority projects and is adequately staffed to meet the agreed upon deadlines;
Coordinate and lead all cross-channel communications – keeping all lower funnel performance marketing team members appraised of project status, requirements, impediments, and potential risks and/or trade-offs;
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the overall cross-channel campaign workflow to formulate and report on relevant KPIs to optimize team performance, inform resourcing decisions, maximize efficiencies, and improve project outcomes;
Focus on continuous improvement by keeping the team focused on how the work is done and challenging the status quo. Define and implement cross-channel new processes, best practices and interaction models, as necessary;
Identify potential roadblocks, mitigate risks on projects, develop contingency planning, and proactively engage in problem-solving;

1-3 years of experience in project management in a creative/marketing context. We’re open to all backgrounds, whether you’ve worked in in-house agencies, external agencies or freelance, but experience in the creative and marketing context is essential.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with creative, marketing partners and external vendors.
Thrives in ambiguity in a fast-paced, hyper-growth organization.
Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to set priorities both for yourself and for your projects.
Experience managing processes, resources, and schedules with proven problem-solving and resourcefulness.
Proactive and decisive. Able to quickly adapt to change and competing demands through strong critical thinking and strategic problem solving.
Nice To Have
A passion for small businesses – and curiosity about their experiences, challenges and dreams.
Familiarity with collaborative tools like Jira and Figma is a plus, but not required.
