As part of our development, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Head of Provider to join our team and lead the selection and evaluation process of our suppliers.

This strategic role places you at the heart of our service company, where you will be responsible for all relationships with our partners and suppliers, in order to guarantee the quality and efficiency of our services.

Responsibilities:

Partner Selection: Identify and select strategic suppliers that meet the company’s requirements and can add value.

Supplier Evaluation: Conduct in-depth evaluations of potential suppliers based on quality, cost, lead time and competence.

Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain strong and mutually beneficial working relationships with current and potential suppliers.

Contract Negotiation: Develop and negotiate contractual terms to ensure the company obtains the best possible terms.

Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and monitor suppliers and implement continuous improvement plans.

Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining quality of services.

Profile sought:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar position, ideally in the service sector.

Negotiation skills: Proven ability to negotiate advantageous agreements with suppliers.

Market knowledge: Good knowledge of suppliers and sector trends.

Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and develop optimization strategies.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship management skills.

Languages: Fluency in English is essential.

Tools: Advanced Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint.
