Purpose of the role

You will be responsible for managing data of current and potential customers; utilizing Salesforce to organize, and cleanse sales, marketing, customer service, and technical data; and helping to build and maintain a strong customer base, ultimately contributing to the company’s growth and success.

Main responsibilities

- customer data in Salesforce: data entry, cleansing, migration; ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

- Analyze customer data and derive actionable insights to drive business decisions.

- Support business requirements and the effective use of Salesforce.

- Collect and import data from various sources while maintaining organization and accuracy

- Data entry, update records, and ensuring data hygiene standards.

- Collaborate with sales operations, sales and technical teams to understanding objectives and align efforts within Salesforce accordingly

- Ensure seamless communication across Salesforce and customer platforms

Role qualifications and requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or another relevant/related field

- Strong qualitative and analytical skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a heavy emphasis on Excel. Past experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems is preferred

- Ability to work self-sufficiently and design workflows

- Self-starter, a creative thinker, ambitious, and detail/results-oriented

- Ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment
