Under the overall supervision of the Information Mgmt & Technology Officer and direct supervision of the Information Mgmt & Technology National Officer, the ICT Assistant is responsible for supporting the provision of ICT solutions and services in the country office, including end-user support. The role is essential for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of missions' IT networks and systems and contributing to overall organizational productivity.
