IT Service Desk Engineer (L1)

We are looking for experienced a IT Service Desk Engineer (L1) with minimum 2 years of solid commercial experience after graduation to join our Tunis team (Centre Urbain Nord) to work on exciting client projects. About You


  1. You must possess 2+ years commercial experience after university graduation
  2. Relevant University degree
  3. Strong communication skills in Arabic & English
  4. Good customer focus approach


Key Responsibilities


  1. Ask clients targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
  2. Provide first-line technical support for Microsoft 365 E5 environment
  3. Handle user access management and basic security administration
  4. Support end-users with hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
  5. Provide quick and accurate feedback to clients
  6. Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
  7. Manage tickets through ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus
  8. Assist with basic troubleshooting of cloud-based applications


Required Skills


  1. Experience with Microsoft 365 suite administration
  2. Knowledge of IT service management principles and ITIL practices
  3. Experience with ticketing systems (ManageEngine preferred)
  4. Experience supporting cloud-based applications
  5. Basic understanding of security best practices
