An exciting opportunity for a Data Migration Specialist to integrate our Delivery Hub team that aims to deliver excellent services to our international clients

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY :

• Participate in defining the data scope for the client project
• Assist with the data migration strategy and recovery principles
• Document the evolution in the migration SAS and the mapping details of customer data
• Review and approve the customer’s source data
• Responsible for entering data into our software following our standard migration module.
• Compile the migration execution report and manage any exceptions with the client
• Participate in project governance, oversee risk management, and track progress and planning

WHAT DO WE ASK OF YOU?

• Engineering diploma or master’s degree in the IT field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role (Insurance solution provider)
• Insurance knowledge: Life Insurance (savings, CPI and pension)
• English and French proficiency are mandatory
• Applied knowledge of Agile methodologies Scrum, Waterfall,Kanban, etc.
• Use and mastery of Jira, Confluence, Netsuite
• Oracle SQL Proficiency
• Client management with good communication skills
• Proficient knowledge and use of Office Suite
• Attention to details
• Strong writing skills
• Analytical and critical mind
