Overview of the Role



The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maximising support operations for the German market by ensuring top-notch customer service and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities



Customer Support: Provide exemplary customer support in German, ensuring customer satisfaction and problem resolution. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and performance to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and foster new ones to expand our market presence. Coordination: Work closely with other departments, especially marketing, to ensure cohesive strategy implementation. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on market performance and customer satisfaction to inform strategic decisions.

Education and Experience Requirements



Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience and Qualifications



Experience in customer support or operations preferred.
