Job Overview:

As a Client Services Officer, your role will involve providing outstanding customer service to our clients in both French and English. You will be expected to demonstrate strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and a service-oriented attitude. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service support in French and English, ensuring effective communication with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Assist clients with inquiries and resolve issues related to insurance or services offered.
  • Maintain high service quality and professionalism in all interactions with clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Manage client records with accuracy and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Monitor service processes and improve efficiency, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and generating reports as needed.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Minimum Bac+2 or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience: Expert profile with prior experience in customer service, insurance, or related fields.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
    • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus.
  • Language Skills:
    • Fluent in French and English, with a proficiency level of C1/C2.
  • Personal Attributes:

Working Conditions:

  • Work Schedule:
    • 40 hours per week (8 hours per day).
    • Flexible Hours: Between 07:00 and 10:00 AM (morning) or 04:00 and 07:30 PM (afternoon).
    • Work Week: Monday to Sunday with 2 days off during the week.
  • Location:
    • Immeuble Le Tanit du Lac, Windermere, Rue du Lac Huron 1053, Tunis, Tunisia.
  • Contract: Full-time, permanent position.
