HONOR Tunisia is looking for a self-motivated and energetic Channel Manager to help
with company expansion. The Channel Manager will lead all operations to ensure the
profitability of the company's affiliate. Responsibilities include recruitment and training,
writing budgets and reports, and assessing performance.
Job responsibilities:
• Undertake the national SI and ST targets, and be responsible for the
formulation and achievement of the agent's sales target plan
• Responsible for agent selection and management, as well as channel price
system and rebate design
• Channel planning and communication for new product launches, and end-to-end monitoring and management of orders placed by national distributor and
delivery of goods to stores
• Formulate the national channel structure and strategy design, define the
responsibility and sales model of the national distributor
• Responsible for overall PSI management, sales forecast and DOS monitoring of
agents and channels
• Responsible for formulating customer leveling and grading system and
process, customer promotion and demotion management
• Responsible for national channel budget application, backtracking and
management
• Responsible person for national channel internal control, identify channel
internal control risks
• Responsible for formulating joint marketing, rebate, price protection,
temporary incentive acceptance and settlement standards
• Responsible for the implementation of the national SMR conference
Qualification and experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in related
- 3 years of proven experience as a Channel Manager (Smart Services Industry)
Skills and Competencies:
• Familiar with domestic market and channel customers
• Can carry out national channel strategy planning according to the channel strengths and weaknesses of competitors and the current situation of Honor
• Basic financial knowledge and basic understanding of price system design
• Familiar with channel business and understand business pain points, design agent and downline customer rebates and their KPIs
• Sensitive to data, discover the logic behind the data, and use well business knowledge for PSI management and sales forecasting
• Have risk awareness, be able to identify risk points in channel business, and be able to propose avoidance plans
• Tunis Understand the purpose and method of customer leveling and grading,
design a reasonable leveling and grading system and customer promotion and demotion process
• Understand the basic concepts of project management and have experience in channels GTM of new product launch
