We are looking for a talented Marketing and Communication Coordinator, who will be responsible for shaping and executing the marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. As a Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing creative assets, managing public relations, organizing industry events, and optimizing communication strategies to effectively engage target audiences and maintain market relevance.What You Will Get To Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy
- Manage brand identity and ensure consistency in messaging across all communications
- Create compelling and informative content to showcase our expertise
- Manage and optimize the company's online presence, including the website, social media channels, and digital advertising campaigns

- Collaborate with the technical team to create white papers and case studies

- Engage in the implementation of the internal communication plan and the employer branding strategy.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the IAM industry
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on insights to optimize results
Requirements
What You Should Have
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies
- Strong proficiency in designing creative assets and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging and compelling content
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, consulting, and operations
- Creative and analytical mindset to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to navigate challenges and deliver results
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the Information Security sector
