We’re seeking a motivated, results-driven Inside Sales Representative to fuel business growth by identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and closing sales.
Job Description
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and research prospective clients in need of IT training. Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels.- Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs and recommend tailored training solutions.- Sales Execution:
Present and promote our training programs and services to prospective clients. Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.- Market Analysis & Strategy:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and client needs.- CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system. Provide regular reports and insights to the manager of the training center- Customer Support:
Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business or referrals.
Qualifications
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in IT, education, or training services. Strong understanding of IT training programs and their value to businesses and individuals. Bilingual in French and in English Customer service oriented Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail skills. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
