Customer Excellence Specialist

About this Position The purpose of this role is to ensure the follow up of on time invoicing and delivery of goods (Stocks / Invoicing/ Discounts)

Ensure customer satisfaction and orders deliveries for both channels (modern& traditional).

What You´ll Do

  • Daily customer’s purchase orders receiving and E2E Follow up
  • Daily stock tracking to ensure the availability of stock
  • Daily check and updating of the discount on the item
  • Daily on time Invoicing and schedules deliveries with customers
  • KPIs reporting and root cause analysis, action plans proposals
  • Customer Excellence collaboration implementation

What makes you a good fit

  • High Degree in management, Trade or equivalent
  • Previous Experience in similar position would be highly recommended
  • Good understanding of sales field and Business oriented mindset
  • Customer focus and results oriented
  • Good Mastery of Office Pack (Specially Excel)
  • Good communication is highly required
