About this Position The purpose of this role is to ensure the follow up of on time invoicing and delivery of goods (Stocks / Invoicing/ Discounts)
Ensure customer satisfaction and orders deliveries for both channels (modern& traditional).
What You´ll Do
- Daily customer’s purchase orders receiving and E2E Follow up
- Daily stock tracking to ensure the availability of stock
- Daily check and updating of the discount on the item
- Daily on time Invoicing and schedules deliveries with customers
- KPIs reporting and root cause analysis, action plans proposals
- Customer Excellence collaboration implementation
What makes you a good fit
- High Degree in management, Trade or equivalent
- Previous Experience in similar position would be highly recommended
- Good understanding of sales field and Business oriented mindset
- Customer focus and results oriented
- Good Mastery of Office Pack (Specially Excel)
- Good communication is highly required
