Your Role:

Focus on managing relationships with existing partners to ensure they remain engaged, active, and profitable. The team handles partner retention, upselling additional services, and troubleshooting operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners through regular communication
  • Monitor partner performance, identifying opportunities for upselling or additional services
  • Troubleshoot operational issues such as order delays, product availability, or fulfillment challenges
  • Work with partners to optimize their presence on the platform, including menu or product updates
  • Reactivate inactive partners and ensure high-value partners (Diamond/Platinum) receive priority support
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from acquisition to account management


Requirements:

  • Degree in commerce, marketing or business management
  • Experience in a similar role in a commercial environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good listening skills and ability to build trusting relationships with key partners
  • Good command of office automation and CRM tools
  • An analytical and results-oriented mind
