Your Role:
Focus on managing relationships with existing partners to ensure they remain engaged, active, and profitable. The team handles partner retention, upselling additional services, and troubleshooting operational issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners through regular communication
- Monitor partner performance, identifying opportunities for upselling or additional services
- Troubleshoot operational issues such as order delays, product availability, or fulfillment challenges
- Work with partners to optimize their presence on the platform, including menu or product updates
- Reactivate inactive partners and ensure high-value partners (Diamond/Platinum) receive priority support
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from acquisition to account management
Requirements:
- Degree in commerce, marketing or business management
- Experience in a similar role in a commercial environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good listening skills and ability to build trusting relationships with key partners
- Good command of office automation and CRM tools
- An analytical and results-oriented mind
