Your role will be to:
Install and configure analytics tools:
• Configure and install Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Firebase Analytics for all relevant digital properties.
• Integrate analytics platforms with other data sources, including customer data platforms and marketing automation tools, to create a comprehensive data ecosystem.
Event and Conversion Tracking:
• Develop data tracking plans for our clients' digital platforms.
Data Analysis:
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Design and create dashboards with relevant key performance indicators to help clients optimize their business and generate data-driven growth.
Optimization Recommendations:
• Provide data-driven and insight-based business recommendations to help our clients achieve their business objectives (strategic plans, new marketing campaigns, improvements to existing campaigns, etc.) and track and measure results for continuous improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize the user experience.
• Implement and track the effectiveness of targeting campaigns, such as mobile notifications, for our clients.
Qualifications:
• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics or equivalent.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in analytics. Experience in the telecommunications industry would be a plus.
• You are proficient with one or more analytics tools (Looker Studio, PowerBI, etc.).
• Proven experience installing and configuring Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Firebase Analytics is a plus.
• Knowledge of customer data platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
