We are an international company experiencing rapid growth in the iGaming sector, driven by innovation and performance. As part of our effort to strengthen our local presence, we are looking for a Regional Director based in Tunisia. This strategic senior-level role is aimed at an experienced affiliate marketing professional with deep knowledge of the local market and strong management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of affiliate managers: set objectives, monitor KPIs, support and develop team members
- Maintain and grow existing partnerships, ensuring compliance with agreed terms
- Keep promotional materials updated and ensure their relevance and effectiveness
- Use CRM systems and tracking tools to monitor performance efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments (analytics, marketing, technical) to implement the regional growth strategy
We are looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing (CPA, CPL, RevShare)
- Proven experience in team management
- Proficiency in affiliate platforms (Admitad, CityAds, Everad, etc.) and tracking tools (Voluum, BeMob or similar)
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals: contextual advertising, SEO, SMM, email marketing, and their role in affiliate campaigns
- Experience using CRM systems and managing partner relationships (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign KPIs
- Intermediate level of English required
- Based in Tunisia, with a solid understanding of the local market context
