Reporting to the Industrial Director, you will design, organize, and ensure effective management of the maintenance and monitoring of equipment and technical facilities necessary for the production process, while ensuring their quality and optimal availability. Your main tasks are:




• Actively participate in the development of an industrialization strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and lead actions to increase operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to optimize production processes, workflows, and the logistics chain in collaboration with the relevant departments.
• Implement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma to improve the overall performance of the plant
• Train and supervise operational teams in the application of improvement methods
• Define maintenance objectives: Equipment availability, reduction of downtime, and cost optimization.
• Propose and ensure the availability of the human, financial, and material resources needed to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Supervise maintenance teams to ensure activities are carried out in accordance with established quality and safety standards.
• Develop global strategies to reduce energy consumption while maintaining optimal production levels, by implementing innovative solutions.
• Identify emerging technologies and best practices in the sector and proactively integrate them into factory operations to ensure responsible and sustainable use of energy resources.
• Define the performance indicators for the technical department and prepare monthly performance monitoring reports, proposing corrective actions if necessary
• Develop and manage the budget for the technical department, ensuring that the necessary resources are available to ensure the continuity of operations
• Promote the use of the CMMS (COSWIN) information system for managing maintenance operations.
• Identify training needs for teams and ensure team motivation.






Required profile :

• Degree in mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, or food engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a technical manager and 3 years as a Technical Director
• In-depth knowledge of the food industry and its technical and sanitary requirements
• Ability to plan, organize, and supervise complex projects from start to finish, within budget and deadlines.
• Proficiency in using computer software such as Autocad, Coswin, Sage X3, MS Project, ANSYS, and product lifecycle management tools.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems effectively and innovatively.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards applicable to mechanical, refrigeration, boiler room, etc. installations.
• Knowledge of the requirements of the ISO22000 standard and the HACCP method, and basic knowledge of good hygiene practices.
• Knowledge of the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.
• Knowledge of 5S management principles.
