As part of an enthusiastic and committed team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:




- Manage the Sales and Promotion medical visitors team and organize and monitor their activities.
- Ensure the motivation of the medical visitors team (Training, joint visits, presence at seminars and international congresses……)
- Deploy the medical visit strategy throughout the territory.
- Set and achieve individual and collective objectives for both departments: Brand Sales and Promotion; quantitative objectives (sales and prescriptions) and qualitative objectives (awareness, image, reputation, doctor satisfaction)
- Define, in close collaboration with the Sales Director, the marketing and sales strategy and action plans, and develop trade marketing and sales support tools.
- Propose the digital communication strategy.
- Optimize product visibility and implement action plans with doctors and on digital networks.
- Manage relationships with external marketing service providers.
- Develop relationships with market opinion leaders.
- Participate in defining budgets for all ranges (sales volumes, allocation of promotional budgets, advertising budgets…).
- Conduct competitive intelligence on product brands and identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain constant market share growth for different ranges and products.
- Implement promotional actions to develop products and optimize sales.
- Acquire new markets and new customers.
- Evaluate customer and prospect potential and identify sales opportunities.
- Monitor visitor performance and analyze budget variances.
- Provide weekly reporting to General Management.
- Ensure customer recovery and monitor compliance with contractual payment deadlines.
- Organize promotional events and scientific events in close collaboration with the marketing team.
- Measure the effectiveness and profitability of Marketing actions and adapt the marketing plan accordingly.
- Coordinate the launch of new products in collaboration with the Marketing Department and the Sales Department. 




Required profile :

- Master's degree (Bac+5) in medicine, pharmacy, business, management, or marketing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in the dermo-cosmetic sector is mandatory.
- Proficiency in sales and marketing techniques.
- Analytical and planning skills.
- Proficiency in communication tools across different distribution channels (medical, paramedical, pharmacy, digital, consumer).
- Anticipation skills.
- Knowledge of various training and marketing research techniques.
- Market analysis, Competitive intelligence, Customer relationship management, Brand management.
- Excellent command of French and a good level of English is required.
- Proficiency in computer tools.
