Roles & Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Microsoft SCCM infrastructure

Manage and support Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions

Configure and maintain Active Directory , Group Policies, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

Administer Microsoft Exchange Online mailboxes, mail flow, distribution groups, and security policies

Manage and support SharePoint Online sites, permissions, and collaboration services

Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams environments, policies, meetings, and voice/collaboration features

Handle endpoint provisioning, deployment, patching, and compliance management

Support Windows 10/11 device lifecycle management

Resolve incidents, service requests, and escalations related to workplace technologies

Deploy software packages, updates, and security configurations

Monitor endpoint health, Microsoft 365 services, and compliance status

Troubleshoot complex desktop, collaboration, and infrastructure-related issues

Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and support teams

Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures

Participate in workplace modernization and automation initiatives using PowerShell and Microsoft . technologies .

• Strong experience with:
• Microsoft SCCM
• Microsoft Intune
• Active Directory & Group Policy
• Microsoft Exchange Online
• SharePoint Online
• Microsoft Teams Administration
• Windows 10/11 Administration
• Endpoint Management & Device Compliance
• Knowledge of:
• Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
• PowerShell scripting
• Microsoft 365 administration
• ITIL processes and incident management
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise collaboration and endpoint issues
• Understanding of security best practices and endpoint hardening
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
