Job :

• To best protect the company's legal interests.
• To ensure the company and its subsidiaries have good insurance coverage at the best cost.
• To ensure compliance with the company's hygiene, safety, and environment rules, particularly by including clauses related to HSE aspects in contractual documents when the context requires it.
• To provide legal advice to operational management and support departments
• To analyze legal risks and propose appropriate solutions
• To carry out legal and regulatory monitoring
• To draft, analyze, and negotiate contracts (commercial, supplier, partnership, service, etc.)
• To monitor contract execution and manage potential disputes
• To update contract templates
• To ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
• To participate in the company's compliance (GDPR, corporate law, labor law, etc. depending on the scope)
• To contribute to internal or external legal audits
• To prepare and monitor pre-litigation and litigation files
• To manage relationships with lawyers and external advisors
• To follow court proceedings and decisions
• Management of land rents and operating businesses
• To handle real estate legal cases.

• Master's degree in Business Law, Commercial Law, or Civil Law
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a multinational company, or a local group of companies, or similar; preferably in the oil or energy sector
• Proficiency in civil law, commercial law, corporate law, litigation, and contract drafting
• Organizational skills, business acumen, rigor, and analytical skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality
• Arabic, French, English.
