Within our Research & Technology (R&T) team, you will contribute to imagining and realizing the innovations of tomorrow. As an R&T Designer, you are at the heart of innovation. You transform an idea (often still vague) into a viable and demonstrated technical solution. You support the maturation of concepts, from exploration to validated prototype. Participate in creativity workshops and stimulate the emergence of ideas. Carry out technological watch (materials, processes, existing solutions). Design complete technical solutions (CAD, product architecture). Make reasoned technological choices (materials, processes, design). Lead or contribute to the realization of prototypes (mock-ups, demonstrators). Structure and monitor the maturation of solutions (TRL 1 to TRL 6/7). Define and secure validation milestones (tests, proofs of concept). Identify technical risks and propose risk mitigation plans. Monitor the progress of your activities (quality, cost, deadlines). Document your work (technical justifications, definition files). Participate in the intellectual protection of innovations (patents).

Desired Candidate Profile

Curious, creative, and problem-solving oriented. Comfortable in unstructured and innovative environments. Ability to move from conceptual vision to concrete realization. Good team spirit and ability to collaborate with diverse profiles. Experience in prototyping, innovation, or project management is a plus.
