Activities Finality of the position: Steering performance projects to reduce mudas and thus contribute to customer satisfaction and the achievement of our economic objectives.
Main tasks / Activities:
- Lead continuous improvement projects (Variability / SMED / Standardization / 5S).
- Follow up on PDCA from improvement projects and ensure their effectiveness.
- Update standards and train the people concerned.
- Actively participate in improving the performance of the QCDSM manufacturing process (in coordination with the rest of the workshop module).
- Actively participate in improving flows, operating methods, workstation organization, and tools to gain efficiency and quality (Scraps, internal PPM, and complaints).
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Energy, and Environment regulations and enforce them.
- Ensure the proper application of Safety, Energy, and Environment procedures.
- Report unsafe, non-performing, or improvement opportunity situations concerning:
- Safety of goods and people
- Product quality
- Cleanliness of products and installations
- Profitability of our activity
- Behavioral deviations inconsistent with our interests and those of the customer
Desired Candidate Profile
Technical Skills- Bachelor's degree (Bac + 3/5) in mechanics, electromechanics, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or similar.
- Previous experience in an industrial environment.
- Ability to analyze technical and organizational problems.
- Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
- Ability to lead and federate multidisciplinary teams in continuous improvement projects.
- Ability to propose solutions (technical, managerial, organizational).
