Your Mission

Capgemini is hiring an advanced Automotive Quality Management Engineer

Your role

*Build all the indicators / Score card projects with all stakeholders.

*Manage the Body ECU process using the STRONG V8.0 & V8.1 structure with JIRA.

*Analyze configuration management plan and ensure the implementation of configuration management in the project.

*Analyze project nonconformities and set up associated action plans.

*Analyze with the teams all rejected requirements.

*Prepare the SSR status for the supplier and follow all the HP.

*Participate in preparing all the project plans (SWPP, SWQA).

*Participate in project reviews.

*Prepare project reporting presentations.

*Supervise all tests: MIL/SIL/HIL on supplier side and ensure that the team have created the Master Test Plan.

*Execution of test cases, execution of automated tests & manual testing of cases or automation where possible.

*Participate in sprint meetings with the modeling and development team using scrum method in agile approach.

*Analyze deliverables impact.

*Analyze gab of the traceability between MBD, Add-on and STR comp using reqtify profil.

General skills

Fluency in English and French.

Good communication, Proactive, self-driven, quick learner, good relationship, anticipation, lively

spirit,

Experience in Automotive quality management

Experience in Configuration Management Analysis

Experience in analysis and resolution of problems tools (QQOQCP / 8D / Ishikawa / Pareto)

Experience in continuous improvement tools (PDCA / KAIZEN)

Experience in Quality management tools (5S / TQM / MSP / AMDEC)

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum framework

Knowledge of ASPICE

Knowledge of Risk Management

Knowledge of V-cycle
