About The Role
Provide support and clerical expertise to Executive Office and respond to guest and employee inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
What You Will Do
- Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, faxing, opening and sorting mail, coordinating appointments for General Manager and Hotel Manager and answer telephones according to Four Seasons standards.
- Prepare written correspondence on behalf of General Manager and Hotel manager for approval.
- Compile monthly guest comment analysis and ensure proper distribution of results.
- Handle travel arrangements and reservations for managers and VIP guests.
- Maintain a clean, neat and organized work area and file storage system.
- Complete all payroll records for proper signature.
- Handle complaints in the absence of the General Manager and inform him/her as to action taken and follow up required.
- Maintain stationery supplies for Executive Office.
- Carry out any other project or task assigned to by the general manager or the hotel manager.
What You Bring
- Education : university or equivalent experience
- Experience : Minimum of one year experience in a similar position.
- Skills :
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, details oriented approach and time management capabilities
- Strong work ethic, confidentiality and ability to anticipate needs are also required for this position. The ideal candidate has a high level of professionalism and will also set an example of all administrative employees in terms of manner and work organization.
- Proficiency in operating computer equipment and software, in particular Word or Excel.
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the French and English language.
