Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Tunis (Tunisia). The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, employee performance, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. They will collaborate with management to support organizational goals and employee engagement.


Qualifications

  • Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Training and Development skills
  • Benefits Administration and Compliance with Labor Laws knowledge
  • Experience in HR policy development and implementation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Previous experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
