Currently we're actively growing in Egypt and looking for Customer Support Specialist.

This position is based in Tunis, Tunisia


What will you do:

  • Outgoing calls to clients
  • Response to clients requests via chat and email
  • Analysis of client requests (chat, email)
  • Conflicts resolution

  • English language speaker (intermediate)
