This role is essential in advancing our brand presence, driving engagement, and supporting our growth throughout the USA, Canada, and Europe. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical prowess to enhance our marketing reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy Development: Design and implement social and paid media campaigns that align with Goldstar’s business objectives, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Content Management: Manage content calendars, coordinate with creative teams for visuals and copy, and schedule posts to ensure a consistent online presence.
- Ad Management: Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Facebook (Meta) Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on key campaign performance metrics, leveraging data to make informed optimizations.
- Audience Targeting: Conduct research to define and refine target audience segments to maximize engagement and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams such as creative, brand, and broader marketing to maintain consistency in messaging and uphold Goldstar’s brand voice.
- Budget Oversight: Allocate and manage campaign budgets strategically to achieve maximum ROI within defined spend limits.
- Trend Spotting and Innovation: Identify and integrate emerging trends in social and paid media into Goldstar’s strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all content and campaigns adhere to platform policies, brand standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Community Engagement: Oversee engagement strategies to respond to comments, manage messages, and monitor user-generated content.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on paid and social media campaign strategies.
- Strategic Planning: Proven ability to develop and implement effective social and paid media strategies.
- Content Creation: Experience creating and overseeing the development of compelling content tailored to specific platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and using insights to drive campaign optimizations.
- Budget Management: Strong experience managing advertising budgets to achieve business objectives.
- Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter).
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently.
- Trend Analysis: Staying updated with the latest trends in digital and social media.
- A/B Testing: Hands-on experience with running and analyzing A/B tests for performance enhancement.
