Job Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and various departments, locally and internationally.
• Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments across multiple time zones for efficient collaboration.
• Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights, leveraging advanced Excel functions, pivot tables, and charts.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and dashboards in both French and English.
• Conduct market research, gather data, and perform business analysis to support decision-making for global projects.
• Handle confidential information with discretion, ensuring professionalism in all communications.
• Support compliance-related tasks and ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Assist with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting using Excel-based tools to provide in-depth analysis.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports for local and international teams, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
• Maintain and organize both physical and digital company files, with a focus on international and administrative documentation.
• Facilitate communication and administrative coordination between international colleagues to ensure smooth cross-border operations.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar administrative or analytical role, preferably in an international or fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions, pivot tables, and data visualization for analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other analytical tools for creating dashboards, visualizations, and detailed data reports is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities across global time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
• Familiarity with financial compliance, project documentation, and international operations.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones and adapt to global administrative and analytical tasks.
• Must be Willing to work in Djerba, Tunisia
