Dione Protocol is seeking an Energy AI Product Owner and Product Manager to spearhead the design and development of AI-driven renewable energy solutions. This is a hybrid full-time role based in Tunis, with flexibility for remote work. You will drive the creation of products such as AI-powered energy marketplaces, smart grid optimization tools, and tokenized energy trading platforms.

• Product Strategy: Define and execute the roadmap for AI-powered renewable energy solutions, ensuring alignment with Dione Protocol's mission and timelines.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, data scientists, blockchain developers, and UI/UX teams to deliver innovative products.
• Market Analysis: Analyze industry trends, user feedback, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Agile Project Management: Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time delivery.
• Blockchain Integration: Collaborate with blockchain experts to integrate Odyssey-based smart contracts and tokenization into energy AI products.
• User-Centric Design: Prioritize user satisfaction by incorporating customer feedback loops into product development cycles.

You will oversee and deliver:

1. AI-Powered Energy Oracle: Blockchain-integrated energy demand prediction tools.
2. AI-Driven Energy Trading Platform: A decentralized marketplace for renewable energy trading.
3. Smart Grid Optimization: AI models to enhance energy distribution and efficiency.
4. Energy-as-a-Service API: Scalable APIs for energy data access and integration.
5. Tokenized Energy Assets: Fractional ownership frameworks for renewable projects.

• Proven expertise in Machine Learning, product management and business analysis, with a track record of delivering complex technical solutions.
• Start Up Founder Experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, blockchain ecosystems, and renewable energy markets.
• Hands-on experience with software development lifecycles, including Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with smart contracts, tokenization, and decentralized finance (DeFi) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
