Industrialisation and Manufacturing Lead About the Role We are seeking an experienced Product Manufacturing & Industrialization Lead to play a pivotal role in the industrial maturity, production readiness, and delivery performance of advanced turbofan propulsion systems. This role sits at the heart of the organization, ensuring seamless alignment between engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and advanced manufacturing teams, while acting as a key interface with OEMs and strategic partners. You will lead industrialization activities from early development through production ramp‑up, managing risk, cost, quality, and delivery to support both new product introductions (NPI) and turbofan upgrades. Key Responsibilities Support and influence the industrialization strategy for new or upgraded turbofan programs Contribute to the Master Production Schedule, including capacity planning, workload balancing, and priority arbitration Lead production ramp‑up and rate‑increase readiness activities Proactively manage risk, identify critical paths, and develop what‑if scenarios Coordinate and lead Manufacturing Readiness Reviews (MRR) Ensure alignment between engineering design intent and manufacturing capabilities Support supplier qualification, industrial audits, and readiness assessments Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean / Agile methodologies Participate in technical and program milestones (PDR, CDR, certification reviews) Monitor production progress and performance against cost, quality, and schedule targets Manage and resolve manufacturing non‑conformities Support compliance demonstrations and certification documentation Ensure effective supply chain and production logistics coordination Qualifications & Experience Minimum 8 years’ experience in turbofan propulsion, aerospace, or other complex engineered systems Strong understanding of turbofan architectures, sub‑systems, integration constraints, and performance drivers Proven experience in manufacturing, production, industrialization (MPI), validation, and qualification Solid knowledge of AS9100, industrial quality systems, and production best practices Experience applying Lean / Agile methodologies (Green Belt / Black Belt preferred) Skills & Competencies Engineering degree with a manufacturing or production background Ability to analyze complex, multidisciplinary information and make sound, time‑critical decisions Comfortable operating in a multicultural, matrix environment across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills Collaborative, resilient, and delivery‑focused team player
