We are looking for a highly skilled RAN Integration Engineer to join our dynamic and multicultural team supporting customers across the EMEA region. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about mobile network technologies, automation, and delivering high-quality network integration projects across multi-technology environments.

About the Team
You will join a collaborative and technically advanced team responsible for the deployment, integration, commissioning, and modernization of multi-technology Radio Access Networks (RAN). The team supports customers both remotely and onsite across EMEA markets and plays a key role in introducing new technologies including 5G NSA and SA deployments. 
Working closely with optimization, IP transport, and core network teams, you will contribute to delivering seamless network rollouts while leveraging automation and modern operational practices to ensure efficient and first-time-right delivery.

What You Will Do

•    Lead end-to-end integration and commissioning activities for RAN technologies including 5G, LTE, WCDMA, and GSM 
•    Perform advanced troubleshooting and fault analysis across multi-vendor and multi-technology network environments 
•    Execute software upgrades, feature implementation, and network modernization activities 
•    Develop and utilize automation scripts using Python or similar scripting languages to improve operational efficiency 
•    Provide end-to-end technical support during deployment, expansion, and integration projects 
•    Collaborate with planning, optimization, transport, and core network teams to ensure successful network rollout 
•    Conduct testing, validation, and acceptance activities for newly integrated network elements 
•    Ensure compliance with network quality, operational, and performance standards 
•    Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to automation-driven delivery models 
•    Lead or mentor technical teams during complex integration and deployment activities 

What You Bring

Must-Have Skills & Experience

•    Proven experience in RAN integration and troubleshooting across 5G / 4G / 3G / 2G technologies 
•    Strong understanding of RAN architecture, deployment processes, and integration methodologies 
•    Experience with Ericsson RAN platforms, software upgrades, and commissioning activities 
•    Knowledge of IP networking and transport technologies 
•    Strong scripting and automation capabilities using Python, Java, or similar technologies 
•    Hands-on experience with multi-vendor telecom environments 
•    Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills 
•    Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities 
•    Ability to work in multicultural and cross-functional environments 
•    Willingness to travel across EMEA when required 

Preferred Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field 
•    Minimum 5 years of experience in RAN integration or telecom deployment environments 
•    Experience supporting large-scale 5G rollouts and modernization programs 
•    Understanding of network KPIs and optimization fundamentals 
•    Experience with automation tools and modern operational practices 
•    Knowledge of cloud-native telecom environments is considered an advantage
