As part of strengthening our accounting department, we are recruiting an Accounting Team Leader who has mastered the complete accounting cycle and has solid experience in team management.
Main mission
- Plan and supervise accounting activities (monthly and annual closings)
- Ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and KPIs.
- To supervise, support and develop team members
- Provide regular reporting to management
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
- Collaborating with internal teams (Finance, Treasury, Payroll, IT) and partners in France
Desired Candidate Profile
Search profile
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Accounting/Finance
- 5-7 years of experience in accounting, including at least 1 year in management or coordination
- Good mastery of accounting principles and Excel (SAP is a plus)
- French B2 minimum (English appreciated here)
