Prepare and lead the MPS (pre-PDP) routines for their production unit. Launch work orders daily in the various workshops based on material availability and workshop workload. Alert the supply department in case of actual or anticipated component shortages. Monitor the progress of work orders, report any deviations, and participate in finding solutions. Adhere to the standards and procedures related to the use of the ERP system. Ensure consistency of schedules between the different workshops. Analyze activity performance indicators (MPS adhesion, work-in-process and semi-finished goods levels, shortages, etc.). Lead/participate in the management routines of their department. Participate in improvement projects. Comply with environmental/safety instructions and procedures and alert their line manager or the environmental/safety representative in case of an incident.
