Analyze customer or internal specifications to define tooling requirements. Design manufacturing, inspection, and assembly tooling (molds, jigs, fixtures, machining tools, etc.) adapted to the products. Perform CAD studies and update the associated drawings. Participate in the technical selection of materials and processes for tooling, in line with product constraints. Write technical documentation (technical specifications, bills of materials, user manuals). Interact with suppliers and subcontractors to monitor tooling manufacturing. Ensure the monitoring of tooling commissioning in production (testing, fine-tuning, validation). Propose improvements or optimizations to existing tooling. Actively participate in design reviews and multidisciplinary discussions with project teams. Using the CATIA CPD module, perform composite part manufacturing work for new programs or modify existing work.
