MES Platforms Competency center within our IT Division (Group Information Technologies) is looking for a L3 Manufacturing Execution Systems Functional Support, to be based in its IT Center in Tunis.

The L3 MES Functional Support ensures L3 support to L2/BA/KU community, providing consultancy and motivation to the functional management and participating in enhancement of our MES platforms.

Main missions and results

Perform 3 rd level support to 2 nd level support actors, Business Analyst, Key Users

• Manage and Resolve incident coming from the Business (L2, EDL, BA, KU) during usage of SAP MII/ME shop floor applications
• Document solution and results about incidents/requests in the ticket management system, in a transparent way
• Provide either remote (phone, remote-control) or in-situ support

Participates in the roll-out phase for the world-wide sites

• Participate with integration and implementation MII/ME platforms in Faurecia Projects
• Participate in all test phases of MII/ME during pre-go-live simulation phase
• Support MII/ME applications Go-Live within Faurecia roll out projects

Ensure Continuous Improvement in his/her functional domain

• Contribute SAP MII/ME platforms customizing in respect with Time, Budget and Quality, accordingly to the tickets in charge and following the priorities.
• Organize, Analyze and Deliver complete tests results to validate Application enhancement and help to maintain data consistency
• Actively contribute to improve quality and efficiency of MES Platforms support chain within Faurecia

Change Management of the Application

• Participate/Manage Faurecia MII/ME applications enhancements in relation with Business and Functional team
• Control/ Design detailed functional specifications in respect with the Faurecia Core Model and agreed best practices
• Help in decision making and communicate to L2/BA/KU community
• Actively promote better usage of MII/ME applications and document user procedures

Coordinates and perform trainings to Faurecia community (L2/BA/L3)

• Develop (when requested) training materials and Deliver trainings to project members
• Coordinate and Transfer appropriate knowledge to MII/ME administration Team

Team Player

• Ensure good communication and team-working with the project and business members
• Report on the progresses of his/her activities, workload estimate and due dates. Escalade issues within his/her hierarchy

Profile

• Engineer Diploma in Manufacturing domain
• Freshly Graduated
• Internship with ERP integration, usage and/or support within industrial domain (Logistics, Production, Shop floor) will be a plus
• Technical skills as JavaScript, XML, and SQL Server will be a plus.
• Fluent English (Write, Speak) is mandatory
• Ability to work in a team – Good Team Spirit
• Strongly focused on delivery and quality
• Good communication and expression skills
